Flat plans are produced from blueprints supplied by client.
stage 2
Basic 3D model is made using aerial photography, elevations etc.
Reference may be supplied by client or Line+Line can arrange for photography to be taken if none is available. Different angles are printed out, without detail, for client to choose direction of view.
stage 3
Once client has chosen preferred view, model is detailed in 2D
programme. Trees and other items are added for finished artwork. The buildings can be finished in different levels of detail. See Style guide for more information.
